My Story...

I have been behind a camera for more than 20 years. Part of that time as a news reporter but mainly as a mom and a person who just loves the art.

​

I cannot say that I specialize in any certain aspect of photography because my love for the art is widespread. I do not have an area of expertise nor do I ever plan to. I enjoy using the camera to create artistic images of everything from puppies to weddings. 



I will admit that photographing babies and children ranks very high in my creative mind. Children are a joy of light and sunshine and letting them be themselves is an extremely important part of photographing them. Posed images are okay,  if that is what the client wants, but often times we tend to get the best images just by following them around and just letting them be who they are. They have the sweetest, and sometimes most entertaining expressions, and being able to catch those is the best part of what I do.
